Our intimate Pizzeria Mallast is situated at Maison de Mallast in the centre of the village of books and arts, Montolieu. We serve a large range of freshly prepared artisanale pizzas (plus salads) either to eat in the restaurant or to take away, all accompanied by the finest wines exclusively from the Occitanie region or a refreshing local beer.

Dining is indoors in our elegant dining room in the autumn, winter and spring. In good weather (all year round when possible!
